Yinyin Zang is a tenure-track assistant professor of Clinical Psychology at Peking University. She received her Ph.D. in Applied Psychology from the University of Nottingham in 2013. From 2014 to 2015, she worked as a postdoctoral fellow in clinical psychology at the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety (CTSA) in the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. From 2015 to 2019, she was a research associate in clinical psychology at the CTSA and the Center for Sleep and Circadian Neurobiology at the University of Pennsylvania. Currently, Dr. Yinyin Zang leads the Intervention, Prevention, and Promotion (IPP) Lab. Her research focuses on trauma and adverse childhood experiences (ACE), encompassing the psychopathology and treatment of trauma-related disorders and interventions for children's and adolescents' mental health from an ACE perspective. She also investigates the implementation of evidence-based psychological practice, innovative AI-assisted interventions, cross-cultural positive psychology, and the multimodal mechanisms of psychological treatments.
