姚翔,博士,北京大学心理与认知科学学院副教授,院长助理;行为与心理健康北京市重点实验室副主任。中国心理学会工业心理学分会理事。

姚翔博士于北京大学获得理学学士(2000年)和理学博士学位(2005年),在北京大学光华管理学院从事组织管理学的博士后研究(2006-2008年),并在美国加州大学伯克利分校(UC Berkeley)作访问学者(2009年)。主要的研究领域和方向包括:新经济环境下的企业管理现场干预(情绪劳动、创造力与组织社会化过程)与员工适应机制研究。截止到2017年11月,共发表学术期刊论文56篇( SSCI学术论文23篇),重要学术会议论文32篇。获得并且主持国家自然科学基金、国家社科基金和美国工业与组织心理学学会(SIOP)等机构资助的科研项目近20项。

 

姚翔博士长期为北京大学心理与认知科学学院、继续教育学院和深圳研究生院的党政领导干部、青年企业家与职业经理人员授课。主要教授内容包括:心理学与企业管理实践、职业发展规划与发展、领导艺术与领导者的自我修炼、人际沟通与压力管理、积极心理健康调试、决策心理与科学管理、员工管理与激励艺术、识人选人与用人等。为政府机关、科研院校、企事业单位进行与企业管理诊断与方案设计、积极心理过程与管理技能发展、人员选拔与领导力开发有关的培训和咨询工作。咨询和服务的客户包括沃尔玛、葛兰素史克、拉法基水泥、康菲石油、英国培生、德国汉高、国家电网、中航集团、嘉实基金、中国远洋、铂涛集团等等。

心理学研究通常被认为是描述、解释、预测和控制人类行为与心理过程的一门科学。作为摆在当代人类面前的两个终极问题之一,对人类起源与终极存续问题探究的征途仍然是星辰大海。在过去,无数先哲在这个问题上的试错与求证奠定了人类已有的知识体系;在未来,与此相关的众多问题仍然召唤着有识之士投身其中,这种科学理想主义的精神既是情怀,也是使命。

作为心理学的应用分支,工业与管理心理学在企业管理实践中推广心理与行为科学的理论。回顾从事心理学科学研究和实践教学的这些年,实践与学术研究的结合使我对“知行合一”的体会更加深刻。虽然自己仍然摇摆于“看山是山,看山不是山,看山还是山”的过程中,但我逐渐把研究聚焦于控制与干预行为的大范畴。具体而言,我所领导的研究小组在各种不同的环境中(如,高压力、高不确定或高度需要学习发展的情境),实施现场行为的干预并验证效度,提升个体在特定情境中的表现。这类型的研究在国内仍有很大的研究空间,欢迎同道中人共同加入到这个有前景的研究领域中来。
