Abstract

Creating a meaningful impact through our research is not only achievable but increasingly crucial, especially in the realm of (Health) Psychology, by embracing Open Science Practices. The importance of these practices is on the rise, even as early as the stage of securing research funding. It all begins with meticulous strategic planning, the transparent registration of studies, and the effective dissemination of research findings through publication and co-creative actions.

During this workshop, we will delve into various indicators of impact generation. This includes employing the power of social media to amplify our research and developing methods to trace this impact effectively. We will also examine existing documentation to gain insights into best practices, identifying valuable lessons from the success stories of others.

By integrating Open Science Practices into our research endeavors, we can not only enhance the credibility and transparency of our work but also ensure that our findings reach a wider audience and make a tangible difference in the field of Health Psychology and beyond.
